This factory makes dreams in the films !


Good Day Folks !

Welcome to Filmic Dreams Factory. The factory is humming with the pre-production of its first film - Take My Coat.

Take My Coat is a full length feature film scheduled to begin production in June 2008. It is planned to be submitted in 2010 Toronto Film Festival as well as other film festivals in Europe and India in 2009/2010.

As aptly suggested in the name, Filmic Dreams Factory will begin the pre-production of the next feature film - The Intent in January 2009.

The third and fourth films of the factory - I can See you and From Your Eyes - both short films - are in preproduction currently. Shooting of For Your Eyes will begin in June.

is a feature film a conceptual stage.

Synopsis of the film - Take My Coat

Take My Coat is about the platonic relationship that evolves over the course of one week between two apparently incompatible protagonists. The incompatibility is in terms of age, appearance, cultural background, inherent personality and most importantly the language. The coat is the cause, the reason and the thread tying and bringing them at an interesting juncture of life

Synopsis of the Short Films - I Can See You & From Your eyes

I Can See You is about the secondary school student who is going to see the drama in an open theater in the summer. Where he experiences the first bite of the love bug. Can this love be unconditional ? Is his love conventional?

From Your Eyes is about a short ride in a cab that an elderly man takes with a visually impaired girl. Beautiful moments arrive when sometimes least expected!

Synopsis of the film - The Intent

The Intent is about a young girl sophomore taking up the job as a caretaker with an elderly history professor. The girl has taken this job with the intent. However, after spending some time with the professor, she questions her intent. An unconventional story is about the history, memory and unconditional love.

Synopsis of the film - Sweet Corn In The Belly

Who knew the topsy turvy path of the destiny will bring her to the other side of the globe?

Katya took a leap of faith into a a roller coaster ride - all the way to to a mystic country in a small village.

Where she lived blissful moments of life without the trace of time and space - with the newfound soulmate !
